An inviting retreat
on the shores of Naples.
Located in the community of Las Brisas in Pelican Bay, it’s fitting that the name means breeze since our goal was to breathe new life into this traditional structure. Part of a complete renovation, we transformed a 1920’s Tuscan-style house into a freshly conceived, open, and liveable space. By removing walls to enhance the floor plan, opening up the kitchen to make it suitable for today’s needs, and converting an unused atrium into a spacious butler's pantry, we introduced the bold simplicity of contemporary design.
Drawing inspiration from the Italian art sourced for the main living area, we were guided by a sense of clean, modern design. We created a calm mix of texture and colour. The eye wanders, taking in individual elements, without a single piece vying for all the attention.
