Capturing the true
essence of Cape Cod.

Influenced by the rich coastal tones of deep blue ocean, honeyed coloured boat hulls, and textures reminiscent of dune grass; we embraced the modern architecture of this home while reaching back in time to capture the truest essence of Cape Cod. Instead of light and bright, we leaned into darker coastal elements that felt traditionally nautical, touches that could be found in stylish captain’s quarters. 


With the ocean on one side and a golf course on the other, the location offers the opportunity for relaxation, sport, or play surrounded by the most desirable views. The design ended up being a true homage to its location.
