We will create a final design proposal with your specific project budget and review these details together. Finally, after signing our Service Agreement and collecting your retainer, your journey home begins!

Yes we do! Our design process translates seamlessly with remote clients. If architectural plans are not available, we are able to travel for an initial site visit and collect the measurements we need to begin the process. The cost will vary depending on your project scope and timeline. Our design team bills at an hourly rate throughout your project. Each project is unique in scope and the number of hours estimated to complete that scope. We can provide an estimate once we have learned more about your specific project and are able to create a personalized budget guide.

This will depend on your project scope and whether or not you are involved in a new build or home renovation. This timeline is often determined by your builder or contractor, in which we are able to align our design process to correspond seamlessly. New builds can take anywhere from 1-3 years to complete, while renovation projects may take 6+ months. We recommend hiring a designer at least 6-9 months before your desired completion date.

We believe in a collaborative approach and will work together to establish a unique design journey tailored to fit your needs. Some clients prefer active participation and wish to be involved throughout the design process, while others prefer a more hands off approach. Whichever way you prefer to work, we will ask for your feedback at each crucial stage of our design process such as upholstery and fabric selection and custom furnishings. Full Service clients are looking to make an investment in a design partner and are typically involved in new build or renovation projects or are looking to design their entire home. Smaller or single room projects may be better suited for either our Studio Design or Virtual Design services.
