Factory Street Primary Bedroom

Factory Street Project Reveal - Primary Suite

While our approach to guest bedrooms embraces a boutique feel, our Primary Suites are designed to exude luxury and sophistication. This neutral bedroom prioritizes quality at every level, with a strong emphasis on textile selections. As always, we work exclusively with natural materials, opting for wools and linens to create a soft, breathable, and inviting bedroom experience. Whenever possible, we incorporated cashmere—featured on both the bench seat and bedding—for an added layer of indulgence. You can shop our signature cashmere blankets at Mac & Co. Shoppe.

A key design challenge in this space was the triangular alcove, which we transformed into a functional and beautifully integrated feature. Custom built-in dressers, shelving, and a bench seat not only maximized storage but also created an opportunity for thoughtful styling. This design element elevates the room, blending practicality with aesthetic charm to craft a truly refined retreat.

This ensuite also includes a spacious primary bathroom and a custom-designed closet. One of the client’s requests was a “white and bright” bathroom—an approach that challenged us, as we typically incorporate more color and depth in our designs. To achieve this airy aesthetic while maintaining warmth and character, we layered natural textures like marble and introduced warmth through carefully selected accessories and decor.

In the custom closet, a built-in vanity became a standout feature. To enhance its charm, we styled it with a vintage rattan stool and curated accessories from the Shoppe, such as our Lined Bone Box and Leida Display Box for storing jewelry.
