Racing Beach Primary Bedroom

Welcome to the primary bedroom of our Racing Beach project. Inspiration was taken from summer's softer side; hues of blue and white instantly compliment the coastal setting without feeling cliche. The scheme is largely white, but in a gentle and warm way. Contrasting textures and tonal differences of grey and dark wood help to ensure the palette doesn't feel one dimensional.

A favourite moment in the primary bedroom, a lovely four poster bed is nestled between the two windows. Flanking either side are curved arm, aged brass sconces with bamboo-wrapped detailing.

The four poster style bed is traditionally grand in design, however we tend to prefer today's modern rendition of this popular silhouette with clean lines and a lighter, airier feel. While it commands attention, it doesn't overwhelm the room or leave it feeling too formal. Instead evoking an elevated sense of luxury.
