After submitting a project inquiry form, a team member will reach out to schedule a complimentary discovery call. We will discuss your specific project goals, explain our process, and answer any questions you may have. From there, we will determine a realistic accessories budget and determine the estimated number of hours we think it will take to complete your project. Once we have finalized these details and you have signed our Service Agreement, your journey home begins!

We will select a curated assortment of home accents and present these to you through a formal design presentation. You are allowed one round of revisions before the project is finalized. For local clients, we will offer procurement, delivery, and installation services. For remote clients, we offer virtual services in which you are able to purchase accessories on your own and implement the design using the plans provided by our studio as your guide.

No, both in person and virtual styling services must be applied to completed, fully furnished rooms or spaces. Styling services are limited to the finishing touches and will not include furniture recommendations. Our team will only recommend accessories, small accent pieces, and artwork for your space.

Yes, we will do our best to accommodate all of the items you would like to use, but there is no guarantee that we can work every piece into the design. Product purchase minimum must be met regardless of existing pieces you may already own. We ask that you let us know about these items at the beginning of your project so that we can incorporate them into your final design.

Yes, In Home Styling clients who receive final delivery and installation will have plants and florals included in their overall budget. However, if you’d prefer not to use real plants or florals, you can provide this feedback at the beginning of your project when we will send you our Styling Questionnaire. This helps us better understand your specific needs and preferences and we will ask you things like “Do you prefer real plants or faux?”.

Please note that if you would like us to incorporate real plants and florals in your home, the care and maintenance of these items is your responsibility after final installation has taken place.

For In Home Styling clients, after we have received your final approval on the design presentation, we will not accept returns or exchanges. Virtual Styling clients will follow our Mac & Co. Shoppe return policy, which can be viewed on our our website and will be noted in your Service Agreement.
